ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification for SoftOne

Having recently been certified under EN ISO 27001:2005 standard for information security, SoftOne Technologies is delighted to receive yet another ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 for applying an IT Service Management System.

SoftOne successfully underwent the external surveillance audit performed by TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS. The accredited independent auditor confirmed that the company’s IT Service Management System (SMS) effectively meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 international standard for the provision and support services of “Soft1 ERP” application used in the provision of cloud and on-premises services to customers worldwide.

The ISO certifications provide clear evidence that SoftOne meets high KPI levels and delivers comprehensive business solutions to its customers of the highest international standards.
