SoftOne’s electronic invoicing solution can process more than 5.000.000 transaction documents per hour
SoftOne, E-Invoicing Service Provider and member of Olympia group of companies, is proud to announce that it has received a performance certificate by the University of the Aegean (UotA), the only Greek Academic institution that provides credible, structured audit procedures for testing and evaluating the performance of e-invoicing software solutions and applications.
The Information Systems Laboratory of the Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering of UotA performed an in-depth assessment of SoftOne’s EINVOICING cloud service and thereby confirmed that it is a fully scalable invoice process automation solution. Utilizing SoftOne’s expertise in providing SaaS solutions as well as its innovative cloud technologies, EINVOICING can process more than 5.000.000 sales documents per hour. This number exceeds even the total sales transactions occurred in Greece (per hour) during peak periods such as Black Friday, sales or festive season. Moreover, the average time for processing and transmitting any transaction document is limited to 150 milliseconds, thus it effectively meets the IAPR requirements for real-time processing.
The performance audit was carried out by two independent research groups of the UotA that designed and developed all necessary infrastructure for simulating the operation of both EINVOICING and the myDATA platform, while executed multiple scenarios to test EINVOICING’s response to escalating volumes of wholesale and retail sales transactions.
SoftOne’s EINVOICING cloud service has received a licence by IAPR (Independent Authority for Public Revenue) for the electronic transmission of any type of transaction document, Β2Β and Β2C. Easily integrated with any business software or billing application available in the Greek market, EINVOICING guarantees the online transmission of any issued invoice to both clients and the myDATA platform.
