SoftOne transforms into a strong group of companies with three brands, creating the largest business software company in the Greek market
Athens, June 11, 2019 – SoftOne, member of Olympia Group of Companies, initiated its new era, transforming into the largest business software group of companies in the Greek market, as well as strengthening its position in the SEE region.
Completing a series of strategic acquisitions, including those of UNISOFT and Prosvasis, SoftOne becomes a powerful group of business software companies with a total turnover expected to exceed 20 million at the end of 2019.
SoftOne Group includes three leading brands (SoftOne, UNISOFT and Prosvasis) and more than 300 employees, and has a wide network of 600 partners, effectively supporting a fast growing (+47,000) customer base in 4 countries (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania). By exploiting the strong synergies created, the new scheme greatly expands SoftOne’s product portfolio, offering high value solutions to any modern enterprise.
Specifically, the acquisition of Prosvasis, a prominent accounting software vendor, further strengthens its leading position in the Greek business software and cloud services market, accelerating its penetration to the accounting firms. Prosvasis was founded in 2005 and its products are used by more than 4,500 accounting and tax offices.
Moreover, with the acquisition of UNISOFT, one of the leading business software vendors in Greece, the Group moves into the leading position of the business software market. UNISOFT, with more than 30 years of presence and a strong customer base, has developed top-class applications such as Kefalaio ERP – the most successful business software solution of the Greek market with more than 20,000 implementations.
