PESCANOVA HELLAS selected SoftOne’s e-invoicing cloud service

PESCANOVA HELLAS, the Greek subsidiary of the Spanish group that operates in the frozen food market in the 5 continents and more than 20 countries, has chosen SoftOne (a member of Olympia Group of companies) and its comprehensive invoice process automation solution.

Supported by Mrs. Tessie Koutsokeri, a SoftOne certified partner, PESCANOVA HELLAS replaced its existing, complicated solution with SoftOne’s e-invoicing cloud service, extending the electronic delivery of invoices (from 30%) to 92% of its customers. Requiring no additional investment or training, the service allows the company to send invoices to supermarkets and wholesalers -directly from its ERP system- with a click of a button, thus significantly reduce days sales outstanding.

Designed with the necessary flexibility, the e-invoicing solution provides the recipient with the option to download and view incoming invoices in the preferred language, eliminating the need for PESCANOVA to produce and manage multiple document formats per customer category (domestic, international).

The service automatically archives all sent invoices in the cloud, fully supporting any internal auditing process performed either by statutory auditors or parent company executives. The latter in particular, can easily and securely access any issued customer invoice, from anywhere, simply by logging in to the e-invoicing web portal.
